Senior Real Estate & Facilities Management Consultant Job Description:

As part of the implementation of our strategy, we are looking to grow our team of talented and ambitious consultants working within our Real Estate and Facility Management domain. Our consultants help clients to find solutions to business challenges, define requirements and provide a pragmatic approach to problem solving. We offer our client’s best advice based on global best practice and industry insights and leverage IBM’s best in class solutions in this space, such as IBM Tririga and our BIM cloud platform powered by IBM’s game changing industry apps developed in partnership with Apple.
We help clients to make a journey from reactive to predictive real estate and facility management strategies, working in partnership to exceed their objectives. Our clients are able to harness the possibilities of the Internet of Things and the latest smarter buildings technologies to empower employees, reduce costs and improve customer service. Our work is cross sector and multi-industry, Europe wide - within our Business Analytics & Strategy service line. We also work closely with IBM’s Global Centres of Competency and Customer Interaction Centers.
We are looking for candidates with 5-10 years’ experience in either industry or consulting, you should be highly motivated and aspire to grow your career within IBM. A business transformation approach, open mind to best of breed technology solutions, underpinned by IBM research and our best practice models will shape your work. You will also have experience of solutions such as Manhattan, Planon, Landlord, Incit, Pythagoras or similar.
Our hiring plan is aligned to several core industry areas of which your experience may fit into any one;
1) Corporate Real Estate - landlord & tenant lease advisory, property valuation, portfolio management, service charge administration and acquisition/disposal strategy.
2) Facilities Management – regulatory compliance, building condition assessment, space planning, sustainability, Building Information Modelling (BIM) and hard or soft FM services. .
3) Technical Solutions - Integrated Workplace Management Systems (IWMS), Enterprise Asset Management (EAM), Building Management Systems (BMS), Building Information Modelling (BIM) GIS, CAD, aligned with analytics, cloud and mobile solutions.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
At least 5 years experience in either industry or consulting
At least 5 years experience in Corporate Real Estate OR
At least 5 years experience in facilities Management OR
At least 5 years experience in technical Solutions
At least 2 years experience of solutions such as Manhattan, Planon, Landlord, Incit, Pythagoras or similar.
English: Fluent
Swedish: Fluent

Travel Required
Up to 75% or 4 days a week (home on weekends - based on project requirements)
