Job Description: This role is responsible to ensure that new services projects are initiated and implemented within the terms of the contract. They focus on the initial transition period or defined transformation period, In Transition, they ensure the orderly, managed transfer of responsibilities from the client organization to IBM, and/or IBM host country to GD country, utilizing established Transition methodologies, activities, and work products. In Transformation, they helps clients achieve a higher level of SEI maturity by directing, facilitating, coordinating, tracking, and reporting on the successful execution and completion of projects. They develop project plans for the transformation, educate the Transformation Team on the appropriate Transformation Methodology, deploy consistent project management techniques, and lead process improvement projects and activities.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
At least 5 years of experience as a project delivery manager.
PMO abilities .
Experience in business process tools
Agile methodology
