Job Description: This is an excellent opportunity to join IBM in an entry level role with the ability to develop and progress within a fast growing team.

TSS Customer Support Agents are the first point of contact for customers who experience entitlement issues with their hardware (HW) or software (SW) products. The core activity involves receipt of customer issues by e-mail, investigating and resolving the issue and responding back to the client in a timely and efficient manner.
Agents will require to be flexible, and support other related tasks and activities as directed by Management, such as reporting and issue escalation where necessary.

Tasks

Entitlement Resolution:
Monitor queues that contain entitlement related issues
Utilizing IBM applications, investigate the issue
Determine the fix required for entitlement success
Respond to the customer with the resolution and closure of the case
Handle escalations when entitlement cannot be resolved


Required Technical and Professional Expertise

Essential Requirements:
Excellent written language skills in the customer’s native language are essential to ensure a positive customer experience.
Good typing and general problem solving skills .

  • English: Advanced
  • Intermediate Written Language Skills: German, Spanish, Portuguese, French, Italian

Preferred Technical and Professional Experience Preferred Requirements:
Previous experience in call centre environment
Previous customer handling or facing experience

Please be aware that the work will be in 24/7 shift environment.
